One HUD to rule them all! Joking..

We'll have the main scripts and plugins be located inside a HUD which is never visible.
Feedback is requested on this ticket.

How this will work:

NuHUD - 
  > nucore
  > nurelay
  > nusettings

Collar -
  > nuattachment
  > nu.config
    > type: collar
    > leash: desc:leashpoint, name:leashpoint2
    > lock: desc:lock; face:3

By doing this, we can then have as many attachment points as we want that utilize a addon system to connect to the HUD and forward touches to open a menu for users.
