Zlib Support
------------
'gzip' compression is available with `CPPHTTPLIB_ZLIB_SUPPORT`.
The server applies gzip compression to the following MIME type contents:
* all text types
* image/svg+xml
* application/javascript
* application/json
* application/xml
* application/xhtml+xml
