Mike Dickson	0281196fbd	Put back the crappy dll copying for now. There are other changes that require c# 12 which is a part of dotnet 8 and the use of System.Drawing.Common in dotnet 8 is entirely unsupported now. Mike Dickson	39da0872ea	Remove tests as they are non functional. We will add them back in later. Remove some funkiness with copying of DLLs for System.Drawing. Mike Dickson	1f20ced671	Catch up merge with 0.9.3.0. This is just simply a merge of core into the mono tree. It lacks the refactoring thats in the Tranquillity work and hence has some of the issues that net6 on core has.
